In its bid to rebrand and attract more patronage from individuals and corporate organisations for printing related jobs, within and outside the State, the Lagos State Printing Corporation (LSPC) has unveiled a new state-of-the-art signage.
Addressing newsmen at the unveiling, the Honourable Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr. Gbenga Omotoso, while congratulating the corporation, described credible publicity as the image maker of any organisation.
He said: “We are in a new world that if you don’t blow your trumpet, no one is likely to take note of your existence. Therefore, such initiative as this can be described as the right step in the right direction”.
Commending the team of Ogundipe Oladayo and other National Youth Service Corp members serving with the corporation, who were charged with the design and crafting of the signage, Omotoso said the new signage is symbolic to the quality of production, staffing and the belief in the potentials of the youth.
Earlier in his address, the General Manger, LSPC, Honourable Kolawole Peregrino, expressed delight at the event, stating that on assumption of office his primary focus was to re-position the Corporation for all-round excellence by pushing it ahead of all existing competitors within the industry.
“This is not only in terms of quality services, but also in terms of creating a beautiful and serene work environment”, he said.
Describing the corporation as the formal printing outfit of Lagos State government, Peregrino noted that the outfit is richly equipped with global standard technology and expertise to deliver world class printing services in Nigeria.
According to him, the corporation will continue to concern itself with the provision of high quality services that guarantee minimum worries at a reduced cost.
He also emphasised that the Corporation is now well positioned to partner individuals and corporate organisations when it comes to producing quality jobs and ensuring customers’ satisfaction.
